We offer rooms for a wide variety of professional therapeutic disciplines with massage couches and couch roll being provided. Our intention is to make the experience of renting rooms as effortless and simple as possible with tried and tested systems provided by a team who are mostly professional therapists themselves.

The building rooms are spread across 4 floors within this building, which are only accessible by stairs. The ground floor has 2 rooms, although there are some steps to get to the entrance.
Unfortunately, the building is not wheelchair accessible.
Travel & Parking
There is no designated parking at The Practice Rooms in Leeds. Paid street parking is available on Park Square with a maximum stay of 5 hours. The cost of parking is online here – see Zone Park Square.
The nearest car parks are the pay and display car parks at Castle Street, Wellington Street , Westgate, or Aire Street. All these car parks are within 10 minutes walk of The Practice Rooms.

Flexible Membership – £54 pcm.
Includes 4 hours of room use per month – any time, any day, any room (subject to availability)
Half price membership available for Trainees & Graduates (subject to availability and for a set period)
Additional weekday hours – £11.50ph (charged in arrears)
Additional weekend hours – £6.75ph (charged in arrears)

Same day, same time, same room – minimum of 3 consecutive hours, start time to suit you (subject to availability)
3 – 9.5 hours per week – £9.78ph
10 – 14.5 hours per week – £8.80ph
15 – 19.5 hours per week – £7.82ph

All weekend slot hours – £6.25ph

Meet the Manager
Claire joined The Practice Rooms as The Practice Manager in October 2024. It has been a joy for me to become part of such a wonderful community of people.
It has been a pleasure to meet different practitioners and I hope to meet many more that will join us in the future. My professional background is education and I worked as a Primary teacher for many years. One of my passions is to support people to learn and evolve. I am therefore grateful to use my skills to be able to support practitioners, whilst they grow their own practice in such a beautiful and peaceful setting. I believe that The Practice Rooms is the perfect place for practitioners to work with their clients.
