Emily is an existential-integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, working one-to-one with adults. She has experience supporting clients through a wide range of issues, including grief and loss, low self-esteem, racism, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, eating disorders, and questions of identity.
Emily sees therapy as a collaborative process. Her role is to walk alongside you, exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences together. She offers a balance of warmth and gentle challenge, helping you deepen your understanding of yourself and make space for new perspectives and greater self-compassion.
