Situated in a beautiful Georgian property in the heart of Bath, The Practice Rooms provide an oasis of calm and a beautiful space for practitioners to work from.
Situated on the corner of Upper Borough Walls and Union Street, above Gail’s Bakery, our Bath centre has 12 beautifully presented therapy rooms – suitable for both talking therapy and bodywork – and a growing network of diverse and friendly practitioners.
We offer both flexible booking options and fixed weekly slots to suit the needs of you and your clients.

The therapy rooms are located across three floors and there is no lift access.
Travel & Parking
Bath Spa is a 10 minute walk away. The nearest car parks are the pay-and-display car parks at Kingsmead Square, Charlotte Street, Manvers Street, and the Waitrose Podium off the High Street. The cheapest car parks during the day are Kingsmead Square and Manvers Street, whilst after 6pm the cheapest car park is Charlotte Street. All these car parks are within 15 minutes walk of The Practice Rooms in Upper Borough Walls.

The Practice Rooms offers an authentically holistic culture run by a team who create a genuinely welcoming environment. From hand chosen artwork to a quiet respectful atmosphere, as both client and therapist I’ve found their rooms a great place to practice and be treated in. Highly recommend!
Rates
Flexible Membership – £56 pcm.
Includes 4 hours of room use per month – any time, any day, any room (subject to availability)
Half price membership available for Trainees & Graduates (subject to availability and for a set period)
Additional weekday hours – £12ph (charged in arrears)
Additional weekend hours – £7.15ph (charged in arrears)
Slot Membership – Save money when booking regular weekly sessions.
Same day, same time, same room – minimum of 3 consecutive hours, start time to suit you (subject to availability)
3 – 9.5 hours per week – £10.20ph
10 – 14.5 hours per week – £9.18ph
15 – 19.5 hours per week – £8.16ph
20+ hours per week – £7.14ph
All weekend slot hours – £6.45ph
All Memberships start on 1st of the month
Meet the Manager
Kat is a former clinical midwife, licensed TCM/Tung acupuncturist and facial therapist, who now runs her own online store importing skin care from South Korea and Japan. She has been a practice manager in Bath since 2022, supporting all our members, who perform such pivotal work for the collective. “My intention as a PM is to hold the space our therapists, as a friendly face, and a welcoming point of contact. I love the community we have built here, which even includes the many plants dotted throughout the centre, which create a calming, grounding ambience, reminding us that we are all a part of Mother Nature.”
