Therapy Room to Rent in Brighton
In the heart of Brighton, The Practice Rooms offers 10 beautiful and professional rooms across the first, second, and third floors. Much of the centre benefits from spacious rooms and natural daylight, the 3 rooms on the top floor enjoy the cosy feel of slanted ceilings.
Several rooms have more than 2 chairs to support therapists working with couples and families, with additional chairs available to use in the rooms.
For bodyworkers, we have a hydraulic couch and a sink in one of the rooms along with 2 portable couches to use in other rooms. Couch roll is provided.
For those wanting to see both clients face to face but also continue with some online sessions in the centre, we have desks in many of the rooms and superfast wifi across the centre.

By bus:
There are many routes to The Practice Rooms as it is in the city centre. Bus stops on North St or Churchill Square are within a short walk to the centre Plan your journey here.
By rail:
Brighton railway station is a 10-minute walk away.
By car:
On-street parking is very limited near The Practice Rooms, Brighton. There are several nearby car parks such as:
The Lanes Car park.: Black Lion Street, Brighton, BN1 1ND (view map). Open 24hrs, 7 days a week. Accessible Parking: 8 disabled parking bays on Level 1 at £5.20 (daytime ) £6.90 (evenings)

The Practice Rooms is a fantastic place to have my private practice based. The rooms are impressive and the decor is well thought out, with beautiful antiques. The booking system is impeccable leaving little room for mistakes. The Practice Rooms also host networking events which allows fellow therapists to meet.
Rates
Flexible Membership – £52 pcm.
Includes 4 hours of room use per month – any time, any day, any room (subject to availability)
Half price membership available for Trainees & Graduates (subject to availability and for a set period)
Additional weekday hours – £11.15ph (charged in arrears)
Additional weekend hours – £6.50ph (charged in arrears)
Slot Membership – Save money when booking regular weekly sessions.
Same day, same time, same room – minimum of 3 consecutive hours, start time to suit you (subject to availability)
3 – 9.5 hours per week – £9.48ph
10 – 14.5 hours per week – £8.53ph
15 – 19.5 hours per week – £7.58ph
20+ hours per week – £6.63ph
All weekend slot hours – £6.00ph
All Memberships start on 1st of the month
Meet the Manager
Jon has been managing The Practice Rooms in Hove since October 2020 and Brighton since the centre opened at the end of 2023. Jon is a sculptor/jeweller and currently training in counselling and involved in environmental arts community work and loves helping to create a soulful environment and collaborative community.
