Set within the vibrant hustle and bustle of North Street in Southville, we offer 7 beautiful therapy rooms situated on the 1st and 2nd floors of the building. The centre consists of 7 therapy rooms and a cosy Therapist Kitchen. As with all our centres, the rooms are suited to a wide range of therapies including counselling, psychotherapy, massage and more.

All therapy rooms are situated on the first or second floor of the building.
Unfortunately, the building is not wheelchair accessible.
Travel & Parking
There is on-street parking on North Street outside The Practice Rooms and on the side roads behind. This is charged at £2.10 for 1 hour, £3.60 for 2 or £5.10 for 3, with a maximum 3 hour stay. There is free parking on the side roads opposite the Practice Rooms. Please note, you can only park in the Aldi supermarket if you have bought shopping from them and there is a strict maximum of 2 hours parking.

The number 24 bus stops very near to the rooms on North Street, the nearest stop is at Greville Road.

Flexible Membership – £54 pcm.
Includes 4 hours of room use per month – any time, any day, any room (subject to availability)
Half price membership available for Trainees & Graduates (subject to availability and for a set period)
Additional weekday hours – £11.50ph (charged in arrears)
Additional weekend hours – £6.75ph (charged in arrears)
Slot Membership – Save money when booking regular weekly sessions.
Same day, same time, same room – minimum of 3 consecutive hours, start time to suit you (subject to availability)
3 – 9.5 hours per week – £9.78ph
10 – 14.5 hours per week – £8.80ph
15 – 19.5 hours per week – £7.82ph
20+ hours per week – £6.84ph
All weekend slot hours – £6.25ph

Meet the Manager
Soraia has been with the Practice Rooms since 2023 – initially at our Stokes Croft centre and now at our Southville branch. She is a certified Perinatal Doula and Hypnobirthing instructor. She’s passionate about humans and loves discovering, studying and understanding how we function, how we express ourselves and how we are shaped by our experiences. In her core, she’s a human rights advocate, a shameless foodie, a birth geek and a fearless believer in the power of trusting our intuition. She can provide advocacy and promote a safe and caring environment for everyone involved in the birth journey and space. Her main goal as a practice manager is to channel that same ability to create safe and caring environments into the rooms in Stokes Croft, so that practitioners and clients can enjoy and thrive in them.
