Therapy Room to Rent in Cardiff
The Practice Rooms has 10 beautiful therapy rooms to rent in Cardiff. We are in a prime location just a few minutes walk from the city centre but on a peaceful side street close to the National Museum.
The building offers period features throughout and boasts 11 therapy rooms across 4 floors along with our dedicated therapist’s kitchen. These spacious rooms are suitable for a wide range of therapies including family therapy, small groups, bodyworkers, and acupuncturists. Several treatment tables are available to use in the rooms along with a hydraulic couch as a permanent feature in one of the rooms on the 1st floor.
The rooms are beautifully and professionally set up offering therapists a place they can feel proud and confident to practice from. Each room is unique and a significant step away from clinical environments or the office rooms therapists can often find themselves.

Although we have two therapy rooms and a toilet on the ground floor, these are not accessible compliant.
Where to park
There is pay and display on-street parking available outside the centre on Park Grove itself, as well as on Museum Place which are both within 2 minutes’ walk of the rooms.
There are 3 car parks within 5 minutes walk of the centre:
- NCP Cardiff Dumfries Place (CF10 3FN – £2.45 for 1 hour)
- NCP Cardiff Greyfriars (CF10 3AD – £4.95 for 1 hour)
- Car park The Capitol Shopping Centre (CF10 2HH – £2.50 for 1 hour)
Trains
The nearest train station is Cathays (CF10 3LU) which is around a 6-minute walk from the centre.
Buses
The area is extremely well served by buses, with the centre being near several primary bus stops such as:
Gorsedd Gardens, National Museum Stop, Dumfries Place, City Hall, and Greyfriars Road.

I’ve been using the Practice rooms since December and it’s a beautiful space, with a very helpful and support manager and team of staff.
Rates
Basic Membership (inclusive of 4 flexible hrs per month) – £48.50pcm
Slot Membership (fixed weekly block bookings):
3 – 9.5 hours per week – £8.60ph
10 – 14.5 hours per week – £7.74ph
15 – 19.5 hours per week – £6.88ph
20+ hours per week – £6.02ph
Weekend slots are £6.02ph regardless of the total number of slot hours per week
Additional weekday hours – £10.15ph
Additional weekend hours – £6.02ph
All memberships include a £7.50pcm admin fee.
Discounted rates for trainees and charities. Discounts for all members at weekends.
Meet the Manager
Aminah has managed the Cardiff Centre since October 2023. She is an Integrative Counsellor specialising in anxiety and Intercultural Therapy, who also works with couples. Aminah is passionate about supporting people to understand and work with themselves.
In her role as Practice Manager Aminah enjoys creating a space for practitioners to feel they belong to a community and have a homely and inviting space to practice from.
