Flexible therapy room rental in the heart of the south west...
Occupying a lovely listed building, this centre is situated on a quite and cosy street – beautifully calm, and yet right in the heart of Exeter. All ten therapy rooms are beautifully presented offering a tranquil space suitable for a wide range of therapeutic disciplines, including counselling, psychotherapy, massage and more. We also have a larger basement level room, with its own waiting area and WC. Our therapist kitchen and common room is a beautiful space for members to rest, eat, have a warm drink, enjoy the peace and space for reflection, with fresh flowers, and, often, a full biscuit tin!
Over the last few years, the centre has grown, and we now enjoy a thriving practitioner community, with several peer support groups running, and a few social events for practitoners throughout the year too. In an industry that is mainly freelance/self-employed, practitioners, we have achieved a sense of place here in Exeter, where you will have colleagues that you’ll get to know.
Our centre is located in a peaceful historic backwater in the centre of Exeter, opposite the Library, adjoining Rougemont Gardens. This has all the amenities and transport facilities of a city center location. (Exeter Central Station, 5 minutes walk).

All therapy rooms are situated on the basement, first, second or third floor of the building.
Unfortunately, the building is not wheelchair accessible.
Travel & Parking
The Practice Rooms is centrally located with several car parks close by charging from £2.00 per hour. The closet ones are John Lewis Car Park (EX4 6PD), Howell Street Car Park (EX4 4LZ) and Bampfylde Street (EX1 2AR). Please see the links below for more information:

I love using the rooms at the Practice Rooms in Exeter because they are in the city centre, spacious, calming and easy to book. Many of my clients have commented on how nice the rooms are and that they feel safe when they are there. As a therapist it’s also good to have contact with other professionals in the practitioners’ kitchen area.
Rates
Flexible Membership – £52 pcm
Includes 4 hours of room use per month – any time, any day, any room (subject to availability)
Half price membership available for Trainees & Graduates (subject to availability and for a set period)
Additional weekday hours – £11.15ph (charged in arrears)
Additional weekend hours – £6.50ph (charged in arrears)
Slot Membership – Save money when booking regular weekly sessions.
Same day, same time, same room – minimum of 3 consecutive hours, start time to suit you (subject to availability)
3 – 9.5 hours per week – £8.60ph
10 – 14.5 hours per week – £7.74ph
15 – 19.5 hours per week – £6.88ph
20+ hours per week – £6.02ph
All weekend slot hours – £5.50ph
All Memberships start on 1st of the month
Meet the Manager
Suzanne is a reflexologist who joined The Practice Rooms Exeter in 2022 and became practice manager in 2023. She enjoys a holistic approach to life and its ups and downs, and has a particular interest in women’s wellbeing, fertility and maternity reflexology. She holds our beautiful space in Exeter with dedication and compassion: “I want every day for it to feel well held, ready for practice, and for practitioners’ time in the centre to be effortless, relaxed and enjoyable – and always a peaceful and calm place for them to see their clients.
