Therapy Room to Rent in Hove
Situated in the heart of Hove, our centre is set within a period building on Church Road (opposite Tescos and the church). There are seven beautiful therapy rooms, which have been recently refubished. Our membership is highly flexible with competitive rates to suit both established therapists and those building their practice.

All therapy rooms are situated on the first, second or third floor of the building.
Unfortunately, the building is not wheelchair accessible.
Travel & Parking
There is street parking in the area but some are for residential permit holders only. Please check the signs that indicate which bays are available for non-resident use. Payment is by meter via mobile or cash. Many have switched over to mobile only so it is good to be prepared. Parking costs £1 per hour with a maximum stay 2-4 hours.
There is also a multi-storey car park on Norton Road, near Hove Town Hall. This is a 5-minute walk from the centre in the direction of Brighton. Parking costs £1 per hour and payment again can be made by meter or mobile phone.
Finally, there is a large Tesco store opposite the centre. Parking is free for 30 minutes. To qualify for up to 2 hours free parking, drivers need to spend at least £5.

The Practice Rooms is a fantastic place to have my private practice based. The rooms are impressive and the decor is well thought out, with beautiful antiques. The booking system is impeccable leaving little room for mistakes. The Practice Rooms also host networking events which allows fellow therapists to meet.

Flexible Membership – £52 pcm.
Includes 4 hours of room use per month – any time, any day, any room (subject to availability)
Half price membership available for Trainees & Graduates (subject to availability and for a set period)
Additional weekday hours – £11.15ph (charged in arrears)
Additional weekend hours – £6.50ph (charged in arrears)
Slot Membership – Save money when booking regular weekly sessions.
Same day, same time, same room – minimum of 3 consecutive hours, start time to suit you (subject to availability)
3 – 9.5 hours per week – £9.48ph
10 – 14.5 hours per week – £8.53ph
15 – 19.5 hours per week – £7.58ph
20+ hours per week – £6.63ph
All weekend slot hours – £6.00ph
All Memberships start on 1st of the month
Meet the Manager
Iain McNulty-Ringshaw
Iain joined us in June 2026. He has been an integrated humanistic counsellor since 2022, and previously worked in corporate roles for Apple, Nike and The Body Shop. He and his husband live in West Sussex, and have two adult children. When he’s not working, he enjoys cinema, theatre, travelling, socialising and walking with his cockapoo Betsy on the local beaches and South Downs. “I love the energy and flow of the Hove centre, and I’m so looking forward to being able to support the community of therapists here, while maintaining and communicating the uniqueness of what The Practice Rooms offers.”
