This popular centre offers 11 beautiful therapy rooms across five floors, suitable for both talking and holistic therapists, including a large room suitable for group work. Despite being in a busy part of London, it has a beautiful, calm energy. “It feels like a pause – a grounded, thoughtfully held environment where people can slow down, settle, and focus.” (Practice Manager).
One membership gives you access to every Practice Rooms centre in the UK. For London practitioners, that means you can see clients at any of our twelve centres across the capital – Angel, Chelsea, Clapham Common, Greenwich, Kings Cross, London Bridge, Old Street, Putney, Richmond, Soho, Twickenham, Wimbledon – and at any of our centres further afield when you need to.

The therapy rooms are located on the basement up to the third floor, however all rooms are not wheelchair accessible and there is no lift access.

Flexible Membership – £76 pcm.
Includes 4 hours of room use per month – any time, any day, any room (subject to availability)
Half price membership available for Trainees & Graduates (subject to availability and for a set period)
Additional weekday hours – £17ph (charged in arrears)
Additional weekend hours – £10.12ph (charged in arrears)
Slot Membership – Save money when booking regular weekly sessions.
Same day, same time, same room – minimum of 3 consecutive hours, start time to suit you (subject to availability)
3 – 9.5 hours per week – £14.45ph
10 – 14.5 hours per week – £13.01ph
15 – 19.5 hours per week – £11.56ph
20+ hours per week – £10.12ph
All weekend slot hours – £9.15ph

Meet the Manager
London Bridge is managed by Simone Dyer, who has recently joined us in Oct 2026.
Simone is a former Project Manager and Personal Assistant and also has a decade of experience in Bodywork & Birthwork. She runs a private practice providing birth support as a Doula as well as Womb & Pelvic care as a Somatic Bodyworker.
Having spent many years supporting women and their families, Simone is passionate about connection & building community. She brings a nurturing & personable energy to The Practice Rooms, creating a safe space for therapists & clients to feel seen, heard and cared for. Simone says “The Practise Rooms has a felt sense of community & I want to continue that thread. We all have such valuable gifts to share & work to do. My Intention is to ensure that this space is tended to with care and that each practitioner feels supported & at ease in order to serve their clients well.”
In addition to her work Simone loves to travel with her partner & daughter, dance & get stuck into a good book!
