Flexible therapy room rental in the heart of South-West London

Our Clapham centre is a short walk from Clapham Common Underground station and the common itself. It has eight therapy rooms over three floors, including at least one large enough for group work, plus a kitchen for practitioners.

One membership gives you access to every Practice Rooms centre in the UK. For London practitioners, that means you can see clients at any of our twelve centres across the capital – Angel, Chelsea, Clapham Common, Greenwich, Kings Cross, London Bridge, Old Street, Putney, Richmond, Soho, Twickenham, Wimbledon – and at any of our centres further afield when you need to.

Accessibility

All therapy rooms are situated on the first, second and third floors of the building.
Unfortunately, the building is not wheelchair accessible.

Travel & Parking

We are across from the Clapham Common tube station, on the Victorian Clock side of the Common, above an estate agent called Portico and to the left of a Spanish tapas bar called Carmen.

Parking

Sainsbury’s Clapham Car Park, 133 Clapham High St, London SW4 7SL, is the closest.

How to Book

Meet the Manager

The centre is managed by Broes (pronounced as Bruce), who joined us in 2025. As a former teacher and senior project manager, he is now finishing his studies as a relational developmental integrative psychotherapist. He is also in private practice working with adults.

As a practice manager, he nourishes an inclusive centre as a place where a diversity of therapies and therapists are welcomed. His aim is to create a warm, calm and welcoming space where both therapists and clients feel safe and cared for. The centre is a community where energies meet and harmonise, where healing is invited to take place.

He says: “I have always found the kitchen to be the heart of a home, and this is no different at the Clapham Common. All members are welcome to hang out in the kitchen area to meet, socialise, or simply be together. And you’ll often find me there too.”

Alongside his therapeutic work, Broes has a love for the outdoors, which he explores with his husband and Labrador. During the winter months you’ll find him bouldering across the London indoor climbing centres.
