Set within the vibrant hustle and bustle of North Street in Southville, we offer 7 beautiful therapy rooms situated on the 1st and 2nd floors of the building. The centre consists of 7 therapy rooms and a cosy Therapist Kitchen. As with all our centres, the rooms are suited to a wide range of therapies including counselling, psychotherapy, massage and more.

There is on-street parking on North Street outside The Practice Rooms and on the side roads behind. This is charged at £2.10 for 1 hour, £3.60 for 2 or £5.10 for 3, with a maximum 3 hour stay. There is free parking on the side roads opposite the Practice Rooms. Please note, you can only park in the Aldi supermarket if you have bought shopping from them and there is a strict maximum of 2 hours parking.

Abbie has been with the Practice Rooms since 2021 looks after our Southville branch. She is a practising Humanistic Integrative Counsellor, working mainly with clients struggling with Addiction and Eating Disorders. Abbie has been a Life Coach for 7 years and has since expanded her practice to include Counselling. She has a passion for gentle healing and building meaningful, sacred relationships with her clients and other practitioners. She holds the belief that it is a privilege to hold such an important space for clients, which is what drew her to being the Manager of Southville. Her favourite thing about the role is being able to facilitate other practitioners creating such magical and meaningful experiences for their clients.
