Located in the heart of the Norwich Lanes just off the Market Square, the centre comprises nine beautiful therapy rooms each with its own charm and ambience to suit the different types of therapy and therapeutic disciplines available.
As with all our centres, the rooms are professional and welcoming, offered on flexible terms and at competitive rates.

In Norwich city centre there are on-street parking meters - St Giles Street is the closest to The Practice Rooms. Multi-storey car parks are on St Giles Street, which is costly compared to St Andrews. Both are within 5 minutes walk to the centre. Chapelfield car park has a flat rate charge after 3pm at £2.80.

Hi is an Ayurvedic practitioner and Vedic disciple of some twenty years, holistic therapies have always been dear to his heart and so it brings him great joy to be part of a wonderful organisation that provides numerous towns and cities across the country an opportunity to share in such joys.
