I typically specialise in helping busy professional women, aged 40 to 55, who are struggling to cope with fluctuating hormones affecting their life and how they feel.
My aim is to help women to sleep better, to eat better, to feel re-energised, clear headed and emotionally balanced so that they can step up in mid-life and beyond as they want to, feeling capable, confident and beautiful in their own skin.

Several years ago, I was occupied with work and family responsibilities, not stopping to assess why I felt tired, moody, stressed, and emotional in my daily life and noticing other physical concerns.
Through research I discovered that I was experiencing symptoms associated with the menopause and began my own change journey that enabled me to transition this time in a way that I hadn’t thought possible. I made time for my self-care and set in place healthy lifestyle habits - small changes weaved into my busy life but with huge effects on my physical and emotional wellbeing.
Over 10 years later, equipped with more knowledge, information, professional training and experience, I now specialise in making a positive difference to women who are going through mid-life changes, helping them to include a natural approach to their own well-being and to discover, as I did, that self-care isn’t self-indulgent…it is a necessity.
