I specialise in supporting women through the menopause.
Typically, I help busy, professional women aged 40 to 55, whose life is impacted by mood swings, sleep disturbances and fatigue, and who are struggling to function as they usually do. This is affecting their work life, their home life as well as how they feel about themselves.
My aim is to help women to sleep better, to eat better, to feel re-energised, clear headed and emotionally balanced so that they can step up in mid-life and beyond as they want to, feeling capable, confident and beautiful in their own skin.
Understanding you in your world, what you are experiencing, how you feel and the outcome you desire is first and foremost in my integrated approach to your self-care. I place a high value on connecting with you, supporting your journey, and serving you well.

Several years ago, I was occupied with work and family responsibilities, not stopping to assess why I felt tired, moody, stressed, and emotional in my daily life along with other physical and emotional matters cropping up.
Through research I discovered that I was experiencing symptoms associated with the menopause and began my own change journey that enabled me to transition this time in a way that I hadn’t thought possible. I made time for my self-care and set in place healthy lifestyle habits - small changes weaved into my busy life but with huge effects on my physical and emotional wellbeing.
Over 10 years later, equipped with more knowledge, information, professional training and experience, I now specialise in making a positive difference to women who are going through mid-life changes; helping women to embrace and transition this time looking and feeling their best self, with confidence, energy, and vitality.
I believe that self-care isn’t self-indulgent…it is a necessity.
