I am a fully qualified mindfulness teacher and shiatsu practitioner.
I am a fully accredited Breathworks mindfulness teacher. I am insured to teach mindfulness and meet the requirements of the Good Practice Guidance for teaching mindfulness-based courses published by the UK Network of Mindfulness-Based Teacher Trainers. I have regular supervision and attend several retreats a year to deepen my understanding of mindfulness practice. I can teach mindfulness on a one-to-one basis as well as teaching groups. I have also run mindfulness workshops in a variety of organisations from the mental health charity Mind to the international engineering consultancy Buro Happold.
I believe our true inner nature is a space of peace. We spend half our lives running from ourselves, when actually we can return to ourselves for sanctuary. We can cultivate peace during difficult times.
I trained for my shiatsu diploma for three years with the Bristol School of Shiatsu. I am an insured member of The Shiatsu Society and abide by their codes of ethics and practice. I have completed the Shiatsu Society’s postgraduate year so I have a higher level of shiatsu diploma known as MRSS (Member of the Register of the Shiatsu Society). I have also completed a year long post graduate course in Transforming Shiatsu with Keith Phillips (the principle of the Bristol School of Shiatsu). Both of which I feel have helped to deepen my shiatsu further.

Contraction and expansion,
Stretch, rotate, move, feel,
Opening to abundant vitality.
Reconnecting to myself and life,
Awakening well-being within.
