I will listen to your story, help you express feelings and thoughts and make sense of them; assist you in finding common themes, and help you clarify your thoughts and feelings so that you can move forward in life. I will also support you in recognising unhelpful patterns and obstacles that get in the way and then support you in becoming unstuck from those patterns. My role is to support and guide you to find your innate resilience, hope and capacity for change.

I am an experienced person-centred counsellor with a specialism in experiential therapeutic work called Focusing - a body-oriented process of self-awareness which involves listening to yourself in a gentle accepting way and noticing the messages that your inner self is sending. Using an experiential approach, I can help you resolve stuck patterns, deal with critical voices and address difficulties in your present that may come from the past.
My practice is diversity-friendly.
