Colm is a UKCP registered psychotherapist with extensive experience in health and wellbeing related issues. He is a registered member of AFT (Association of Family Therapists), validating his skills and ability to work with couples and families, in addition to working with individuals.
Colm has recently stepped down from a senior position in the NHS, where he led a team of therapists working with people with chronic mental difficulties. He has worked clinically supervising MSc students in their therapy training at the Institute of Family Therapy. Colm currently works with the University of Bath as a clinical supervisor for their doctorate course in Clinical Psychology.

Colm offers a warm, open and compassionate approach in his client work. He acknowledges the need for time and space to talk about difficulties, enabling and the person to experience understanding and respect of their challenges. His conversations/discussions in therapy enquire and explore strengths, resources and resiliences with the aim to support movement towards change and the return of health and wellbeing.
Colm can offer weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions, costs determined by the person’s ability to pay.
