What happens in an HK Session
Apart from the gentle muscle testing techniques used to identify energy imbalances, acupressure points or other bio-energy reflexes maybe gently stimulated by touch to retune and balance the flow of energy. Tools such as crystals, magnets, essential oils or essences may also be used, or you may be asked to focus on a thought. Information on diet or lifestyle changes may also be offered to assist the re-balancing process.
Overall an HK balance is both relaxing and energising and can lead to improved mindset and quality of life.
