Life is full of challenges, and at times it may feel hard to manage. There are countless reasons for seeking therapy. There may be a particular issue in the present day that you wish to address, such as your relationships,bereavement, addictions or depression. Or, you might feel haunted by unresolved issues from your past such as trauma, abuse or childhood experiences.
Perhaps it is hard to name what it is disturbing you, yet you have a sense of things not being right, or that you are not living your life as you would wish. Whatever the reason, speaking to a psychotherapist can be invaluable in helping you find ways to make sense of your difficulties, and work towards a more fulfilled way of living.
