We all go through times in life when we feel anxious or depressed. This can relate to our relationships or the way we think and feel about ourselves. When we feel overwhelmed by these feelings or they don't seem to go away it can help to talk to someone outside of our normal family or friendship group.
I am a BACP registered counsellor working with students and younger adults. I provide a safe, confidential space to explore your feelings and make sense of what is going on in your life.
As well as working as a counsellor, I am the Service Manager for a local mental health charity. I provide training and supervision to individuals, groups, and workplaces. Over the last 10 years, I have worked and volunteered in various mental health, addiction and young person’s services.
