Counselling is an opportunity to explore current and past difficulties which may still be impacting on you, without fear of judgement or rejection. Anxiety and depression are often indicators we are struggling to cope with our lives, and we need to make changes. I offer a compassionate, therapeutic space to explore whatever you would like to bring to the sessions. It's an opportunity to explore thoughts, feelings and emotions which would not feel safe to talk about in relationships with family, friends or work colleagues. It is through the process of talking about thoughts and feelings together that insight arise, and change can begin.
I offer short-term and long-term sessions, depending on what you bring to the sessions and what you would like to gain from them. The first appointment offers an opportunity to discuss this in detail and decide on if this is a commitment you would like to make.
