My name is Jessica and I have been practicing Shiatsu for 15 years and Craniosacral Therapy (CST) for seven years.
Additional trainings in trauma work, pregnancy and maternity, as well as addiction in both disciplines, have clarified what I feel to be the most important aspect of health – that sense of being comfortable in one’s body. Our stress filled existence mean that we often feel disconnected from ourselves and as result our own lives. I use Shiatsu and CST to support my clients in coming back to themselves through clearing often long held tensions and strengthening weakened areas in a safe space. Coming back into our physical bodies helps restore a sense of proportion and links us to a deeper a sense of ourselves. As a result we begin to feel life as increasingly filled with joy, meaning and purpose; giving us a sense of belonging that can support us in difficult times..
