Hi, I am Joyce and I offer affordable, face to face coaching sessions to individuals.
You maybe at a place where you recognise you want to create a change, and it is important it feels authentic or ‘right’ for you. The coaching process involves creating a safe space for you to explore, reflect and learn. You will gain a deeper understanding of what is really important to you. And, depending on your needs, the motivation, perspective or control you feel you need to create positive outcomes or increased effectiveness in your life.
I practice development coaching, drawing on a range of approaches so I can respond holistically and flexibly to your needs. Coaching means you set the agenda and we work in partnership to achieve the sustained change you seek. Before starting on your coaching journey it is important have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. I offer all potential clients an initial 30 minute session free of charge. During this time we will explore if coaching is appropriate to your situation, and, most importantly, if I am the coach for you.
