Kathryn Willder offers Yoga Nidra Guided Relaxation based on the iRest® Integrative Restoration protocol. Sessions are presented as bespoke 20-minute power naps or 35-minute full practices. A recording of each session is offered free of charge for unlimited home practice.
Kathryn also teaches iRest meditation, including techniques to help you inquire into your current, unique experience of seeing, feeling, hearing, sensing, tasting, smelling and thinking. iRest is simple to learn and easy to practice. Once learned, it becomes a set of self-care tools for life. iRest has been shown to be effective in scientific trials for conditions including chronic stress, pain, insomnia, and anxiety.
Kathryn is a former kindergarten teacher and a lifelong student of yoga and meditation. Through more than 10 years of teaching, she has developed a unique and engaging approach that infuses her sessions with aspects of stillness, imagination and a sense of adventure.
