With many years experience of working with different aspects of health, my passion is now individual healing through meeting. I can offer you time and space with support, so that you feel held, not alone.
If you are feeling stuck, or ‘low’, therapy can provide an opportunity to heal old wounds and find new energy. It can be particularly helpful in times of transition, as we acknowledge the loss that change brings, as well as allowing future possibilities. Some clients are able to find their voice and speak out, perhaps for the first time. As you share your story, we might discover fresh insights and deeper understanding . This in turn can bring a sense of acceptance and a chance to live life more fully.
Alongside my private practice, for several years I have worked part-time at The Harbour, a charity providing free counselling and psychotherapy for people facing bereavement and life-limiting illness (www.the-harbour.org.uk).
Individual therapy sessions are weekly, at the same time each week and last 50 minutes.
At our first meeting we can begin to know each other and decide if we would like to work together.
