I am here to provide nourishment and deep relaxation for body, mind and spirit through Shiatsu, holistic and deep tissue massage, nutritional therapy and 1-1 yoga.
I offer empathetic listening, a deep understanding of the mind body connection and an intuitive and skilled approach to bodywork. I also share my knowledge of health and well-being through nutrition, meditation and other relaxation practices.
I’ve been practicing massage since 2005 and incorporate a variety of techniques including stretches, acupressure, rocking, deep tissue and reiki for a truly holistic experience.
In 2008 I completed a three-year study of Shiatsu in London at the BSS-Do, which has provided me with a profound and transformational healing modality. I have a particular interest in shiatsu for pregnancy and find it to be very supportive through this major life transition.
Through Shiatsu I can help alleviate existing pain, illness or injury by helping to restore balance through specific techniques and energy work. I can also provide emotional support or simply help you to maintain your health through deep relaxation.
I am a registered nutritional therapist from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) and am offering consultations at the Practise Rooms.
An initial consultation lasts 90 minutes and will look in depth at your personal history and the systems of your body including how you nourish yourself. We will then devise a personalised plan suited to your particular constitution, history and the demands of your lifestyle. There will then be at least one follow up lasting 60 minutes. On going support is also available and can be very beneficial.
Nutritional therapy can be supportive with numerous health conditions and can also be a great way of understanding how your body works and what works best for you.
If you want to experience more energy, mental clarity, and freedom from pain get in touch now for a free 15 minute phone chat.
