I specialise in a particular branch of Hypnotherapy called Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. As the name suggests, it’s a therapy where we don’t dwell on the past and the problem for which you’re seeking help. The focus of our sessions is on where you want to be and what you want to achieve.
Life can throw up challenging situations at times and sometimes we can find it difficult to cope under the pressure. This may lead to feelings of being overwhelmed, as if we’re trapped in a negative cycle. As a result, we may find ourselves suffering from stress, anxiety, panic attacks, depression or other mental/physical illnesses.
This is where Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can be incredibly beneficial, as it helps to break this negative cycle, enabling you to follow a new path moving in the direction that you want to go. It can have a positive effect on the way you react by transforming old, unhelpful patterns of behaviour to new, helpful ones.
In our sessions, we start at the present and look forward to the future in order to get you back on track. My priority is for you to feel empowered so that you feel confident to implement the necessary changes in your life to enable you to achieve your goals, restore your health and happiness, and regain control of your life.
