I offer an open, non-judgemental, honest and confidential space to talk about whatever is coming up. I have worked with clients on a range of issues such as eating disorders, bereavement and loss, sexuality and gender, existential issues, anxiety, phobias, depression and career crises.
I am an integrative therapist, which means that I draw on psychodynamic, relational and humanistic schools of thought, theories and ways of working. This allows us to look at the past and how this may be playing out in the present as well as our relationship from time to time. My aim is to cultivate a creative and collaborative process, which is co-created together; I'm an advocate of no one-size-fits-all.
I am an LGBTQI+ affirming therapist and have a specialist interest in working with men and body-orientated therapy. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to the BACP ethical framework.
