I offer Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy in Bristol.
BCST is a gentle yet profound therapy, supportive in a range of different ways. Structurally and physically, emotionally, spiritually and even practically. It is suitable for people of all ages and can be effective in both acute and chronic cases.
Sessions provide support specifically tailored to your needs and conditions. They take place fully clothed so it's a good idea to wear something comfortable.
Sessions Cost £50 (concessionary rate available) and last 1 hour.
I work with adults and older clients. The intention of the sessions is to enhance the body's own self healing and self regulating abilities in a warm, non judgemental, non evasive environment.
I support clients who...

I was blown away by alternative therapies from a young age. Starting with acupuncture for hormonal issues during my teens and also witnessing very successful alternative treatments for horses and dogs.
I originally trained in photography, moving on to run a hospitality venue in beautiful rural countryside where I was able to create a Boutique Spa and Hammam providing a range of holistic therapies and also hosting retreats.
I later discovered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy after several life changing events.
Practitioner Training at Karuna Institute with Franklyn Sills
Embodied Anatomy training at CTET London.

BCST was discovered by the Osteopath Dr William Sutherland over 100 years ago. He discovered that our cells and tissues express certain rhythms when they are in balance, and consequently health is able to manifest and a sense of wholeness and well-being automatically follows.
However throughout our lives we are exposed to a range of conditions which set up patterns both physically and psychologically. These patterns are commonly caused by factors such as physical injuries, emotional and psychological stresses, birth and subsequent trauma and environmental toxicity.
An accumulation of these stresses can cause us to become imprinted with the memory of unresolved experiences. These patterns can be stimulated or 'triggered' causing repeated physiological and psychological behaviours and habits.
BCST practitioners skills can help to read the story of the body, identify places where issues are held and then follow the natural priorities for healing as directed by the patient's physiology, helping to resolve these trapped patterns in both body and mind.
