Polly Haselton CBT
I offer a supportive and confidential space to those experiencing distress and mental health difficulties. I work with a range of problems, including depression, anxiety, panic, worry, phobias, eating disorders and OCD.
I also enjoy working with those who may not relate to a particular diagnostic label, such as those with low self-esteem and Perfectionism; not mental health problems per se, but they are often long-standing problems which can result in anxiety and depression.
Alongside my private practice, I work as a Cognitive Therapist and Researcher in an Oxford University spin out company, researching and developing pioneering ways of delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Prior to my current role, I spent over 4 years working in the local Psychology service, offering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy on an individual and group basis to those with mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
If you would like to learn more about how we could work together, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
