Hello, my name is Sally and I'm a fully qualified and experienced counsellor. I offer both short term counselling and longer-term therapy, on a one-to-one basis. I work in a confidential, client-led way that suits you and at your pace. So, we will decide together, with regular reviews, how to proceed. I will give you the space and support you need to explore your thoughts and feelings about your life now, and how you would like it to change, and offer coping strategies for times when life is tough and seems overwhelming.
I work with many issues, including bereavement, anxiety, depression, anger management, low self-esteem, past/present family and relationship problems, and life problems. If you feel that life is not as it should be or that you are struggling with a difficulty or decision, we will work together to find a way through. There is no problem that is too small. I will provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can have confidence to explore the challenges you are experiencing.
What is important to me is that you feel comfortable with me so that we can work in the way that best enables you to bring about positive changes in your life and relationships.
