A beautiful listed period building located in the heart of the village of Westbury-on Trym, offering easy access to the M4, M5 and the city centre.
We have nine lovely rooms offering a tranquil spacious environment for the practice of talking therapies and a wide range of holistic health disciplines. The centre consists of three treatment rooms situated on the ground floor, and a further six on the first floor. For those looking to accommodate small groups, we have the Amber Room on the first floor which is large enough to comfortably seat 6-10 people.

Accessibility:
This centre provides 3 therapy rooms and 2 toilets on the ground floor although there are two small steps to enter the building.
Westbury-on-Trym offers convenient local parking. The High Street itself provides free parking for up to one hour. There is also a car park a short walk away on Westbury Hill which allows free parking for up to 3 hours. Those needing longer stays can park for free on many of the residential streets close to the centre.

Nicola has been with the Practice Rooms since May 2018, she looks after both Westbury-on-Trym and Southville. Although not a practitioner herself, Nicola's has 10 years experience of organising trainers and counsellors in the charitable sector. Nicola is a great believer in holistic health/therapies, in promoting self-care for both body and mind, and is a self-confessed yoga lover. Her favourite thing about working for The Practice Rooms is helping to create a calm and welcoming community for therapists to work in, whether they are trainees or seasoned professionals.
