I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and EMDR Therapist with over 10 years of experience working in the NHS. I offer a compassionate, collaborative space to explore emotional distress, life changes, and patterns that may feel difficult to shift. At the heart of my work is compassion and a deep respect for each person’s story.

I provide a safe, reflective space where you can explore what truly matters to you and begin to live more in line with your values. I have a particular interest in the connection between mind and body. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, stress and burnout, and those managing the emotional impact of chronic health conditions, pregnancy, and birth. I also support people living with health anxiety or anxiety around medical procedures.

I tailor our work together to your unique needs. I draw from EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.
