I am Aggie, a trainee Gestalt Psychotherapist with the Welsh Psychotherapy Institute and member of UKCP. 

I offer a warm, supportive and empathetic space for you to explore yourself and what brings you to therapy. You may find yourself seeking therapy with clarity for a specific issue to work on or simply a feeling that something needs attending to. 

There are endless reasons why people come to therapy, and they’re all equally relevant, because I believe therapy can benefit everyone.
