Alessandra Perrone
I deeply believe in the value of the therapeutic work in supporting healing, transformation and self-growth. I work intuitively and creatively to enable clients to safely and gradually access and explore their wounded self and their own healing capacity. My areas of special interest are relational trauma, addictions, peri-natal issues, depression, self-image issues, separation and divorce, procrastination, life-work balance, life crisis, personal and spiritual development. My approach includes active phenomenological enquiry, TA, IFS, bodywork and working creatively (dreams, metaphors, visualizations, writing, literary works and folk tales). I practice in English and Italian, as needed.
