I am qualified in Complementary Therapies including Holistic Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Hot Stones Massage and Holistic Facials. My business is called Penybont Holistics where I offer treatments in Bridgend, Cardiff and Swansea. Out of The Practice Rooms, Cardiff  I offer Reflexology and Aromatherapy.
I am a proud full member of the Association of Reflexologists. Reflexology is a deeply relaxing touch therapy built on the idea that specific points on your feet connect to different areas of your body. By gently working these points, reflexology helps ease stress, build everyday resilience, and gives clients a quiet, dedicated space to reset. I also offer Aromatherapy treatments at the Practice Rooms using bespoke essential oil blends to support physical and emotional wellbeing.
