My pronouns are she/her
I am an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with international experience in both private and public sector. I specialise in supporting high-achieving individuals and neurodivergent adults who navigate internal barriers to success and well-being.
Therapeutic Approach & Philosophy
My approach is integrative, evidence-based, and holistic. While utilizing core modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), I recognise the interconnectedness of mind and body.
  • Holistic Insight: I incorporate specialised training in nutrition and mental health to better understand how diet, lifestyle, and the social role of food impact mood, energy, and overall psychological function.
  • Focus Areas: I address difficulties like performance anxiety, burnout, stress-related insomnia, low self-esteem, perfectionism, shame, and fear of failure. I also provide support and coaching for neurodivergent individuals and am trained in ADHD assessment.
Client Outcomes & Professional Support
In a safe, trusting, and non-judgmental environment, clients gain greater self-awareness, effective coping strategies, and symptom reduction, leading to a clearer life direction and alignment with their values.
Additionally, I offer:
  • Clinical Supervision: Supporting colleagues to enhance clinical skills.
  • Leadership Mentorship: Coaching professionals to navigate workplace challenges, informed by my line management experience.
I offer appointments face-to-face and online for all services.

Online and/or telephone appointments are available.
