My ideal clients are adolescents navigating identity, confidence, and resilience, who want a safe space to explore who they are and feel stronger in themselves. I also support parents, whether of younger children needing guidance with emotions and attachment, or parents of adolescents seeking to stay connected through challenges.

As a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist, I also work with trainee therapists and counsellors, offering a space that acknowledges both personal and professional growth. Clients come to me wanting to feel more secure, connected, and equipped for life. I offer warm, creative therapy for children, adolescents, and families.

My specialties include attachment, trauma, bereavement, school-based stress, anxiety, and identity. I also support neurodivergent young people and their parents. Together we strengthen resilience, confidence, and relationships through a trauma-informed, integrative approach. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel daunting.

I am here to offer a warm, understanding space where young people and parents feel truly heard. Together we can ease worries, strengthen resilience, and nurture confidence and connection in ways that feel safe and meaningful.
