Beni MacIsaac

My pronouns are he/him

I specialise in supporting neurodivergent people, such as those with ADHD and autism. I also have particular experience working with clients who have experienced trauma. I seek to offer a space where you can explore what’s happening in your life with care and curiosity, allowing what needs attention to emerge. Alongside this, I support clients with a wide range of challenges — from anxiety, depression, and shame to low self-esteem, loss of purpose, and relationship difficulties. My approach is relational, collaborative, creative and supportive.

I work with adults in both short-term therapy (minimum 12 sessions) and longer-term therapy, depending on your needs. I offer therapy in Peckham, London Bridge, and online. My practice is neuro-affirming; I aim to validate your experience and not pathologise difference. I currently see clients in private practice and at 1 in 4, a clinic focused on trauma.

Sessions are £70 for individuals.

I practice Gestalt therapy, drawing from humanistic, existential, somatic and trauma-informed perspectives. If you resonate with my profile, you’re welcome to contact me to schedule a free 30-minute Zoom call. This is an informal chance to meet, talk through what brings you to therapy and see whether it feels right for us to work together.

I am an accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor registered with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I work within the ethical frameworks of the NCPS and Metanoia Institute.
