I’m Bradley, a qualified psychotherapist and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer individual psychotherapy for adults in Central and East London, as well as online.

People come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, stress or burnout, or finding yourself caught in patterns within relationships that you don’t quite understand. You may be going through a significant change, questioning your identity or direction, or simply have a sense that something in your life no longer feels quite right. Sometimes there is a clear problem you want to address. At other times, it can be harder to put your finger on what is wrong. You may feel stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed or uncertain about what comes next.

Therapy can provide an opportunity to slow things down and look more closely at what is happening, without having to arrive with all the answers. My approach is integrative and relational. I draw on existential, psychodynamic and humanistic approaches, alongside CBT where appropriate. Rather than applying a fixed set of techniques, I’m interested in understanding you as an individual: your experiences, relationships, ways of making sense of the world and the patterns that have developed throughout your life. The relationship we build in therapy is an important part of this. I don’t see myself as a detached expert observing from the outside. I believe meaningful therapeutic work happens through a genuine, thoughtful relationship in which we can explore difficult things honestly and at your own pace.

My background before becoming a psychotherapist was in art history, archiving and technology, and those experiences continue to shape how I think about people and the world. I’m naturally curious, reflective and interested in the complexity of human experience. You don’t need to know exactly what you need from therapy before getting in touch. An initial conversation can be an opportunity to talk about what has brought you here, what you’re hoping might change and whether you feel I might be the right person to work with.

Online and/or telephone appointments are available.
