Psychological Talking Therapy & EMDR

I’m a Counselling Psychologist with expertise in the intersection of eating disorders and trauma, but my practice extends beyond diagnostic labels. Therapy is for anyone navigating the complexities of life. Whether you’re struggling with longstanding patterns, overwhelming emotions, or simply seeking a space to reflect and grow, I am here to support you.

With extensive experience in the NHS and private sectors across both England and the United States, I have worked with adolescents and adults facing a range of challenges, from eating disorders and trauma to anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship struggles, identity development, fertility and IVF support and more.

My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and grounded in the connection between mind and body. I incorporate evidence-based treatments such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and interpersonal therapies. However, I believe that true healing happens in the context of a safe and compassionate relationship. In our work together, I may also integrate grounding techniques, breathwork, and sensory-based interventions to help regulate the nervous system and promote lasting change.

Above all, I want my clients to feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward with greater ease. Therapy is not just about addressing distress but about creating space for clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.
