I support people to understand the unique issues they face, the creative ways they have solved problems in the past and the ways they can use their strengths and skills to solve current issues and challenges. I work with loss, bereavement and grief; low self-esteem; anxiety and stress; family or work issues or a search for meaning and purpose.
