Catherine Marshall

Welcome in – my name is Catherine, and I’m a BACP-registered integrative therapist. The three words that best describe my style of practice are warm, grounded, and embodied.

During your therapy sessions, we’ll practice noticing what thoughts and feelings arise. I might also invite you to experiment with different ways of noticing and exploring these thoughts and feelings: through art, breath, metaphor, movement.

Whilst I’ve chosen not to limit my practice to one specialty, I do have a special interest in working with clients who identify as neurodivergent, disabled, and/or chronically ill. If you have access requirements, I will be glad to discuss what accommodations might be mutually possible that would make therapy accessible for you.

I appreciate it might feel daunting and unusually vulnerable to find a therapist – someone you can imagine speaking openly with. In my experience, a quick conversation can be a good way to get an initial sense of one another. If this appeals to you, you’re welcome to contact me to schedule a free, no obligation call.

Online and/or telephone appointments are available.
