Chris Ricot
Hello, I’m Chris. I am in my forties and left a corporate job in the City to retrain as a psychotherapist. I understand the stresses and strains of today’s busy lifestyles. Constantly feeling under pressure can result in loneliness and feeling disconnected from yourself and others. Having experienced the benefits of therapy in my own life, I wanted to train to become a fully qualified therapist. I studied for four years for a Master’s degree at Regent’s University. My approach is an ‘integrative’ one, meaning that I draw on different psychotherapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs. For me, therapy is about creating a space where you can think, feel and make sense of your experience with another person. In addition to private practice, I also work with clients at the NHS South London and Maudsley Foundation Trust.
