My pronouns are she/her

I am a Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and British Psychological Society (BPS) registered Counselling Psychologist. I have been working with clients therapeutically since 2016 in the NHS and in private practice. I currently work as a senior psychologist in an NHS community mental health team for older people. In my private practice I specialise in supporting women experiencing emotional and psychological distress. I help women facing challenges including fertility issues, perinatal and postnatal anxiety, postnatal depression, trauma, menopause difficulties, ageing, and women’s health issues. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for women to share their experiences and better understand themselves. I work with my clients to develop a shared understanding of their difficulties and then I draw on a wide range of evidence-based therapies, including EMDR and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to meet their particular needs. I am passionate about providing a safe and supportive space and effective, evidence-based psychological therapy for women of all ages. Please do get in touch if you want to find out more about how I might be able to help.
