Diana Cliff
I offer a warm and reflective space where you can explore what feels difficult or unclear and begin to find greater understanding and ease within yourself.
You may be feeling anxious, low, or stuck, or wanting to make sense of patterns in your life or relationships. Therapy offers a space to slow down and discover new perspectives.
My approach integrates mindfulness and compassion with psychodynamic and body-oriented methods. We pay attention to your experience in the moment while also exploring how past experiences continue to shape your life and relationships. Depending on what you bring, I may also draw on trauma-informed approaches and parts work.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, the effects of trauma, grief and loss, as well as relationship difficulties, low confidence, anger, and a loss of meaning or direction in life.
I offer both short-term counselling and longer-term psychotherapy, depending on what feels right for you. Sessions last 50 minutes and cost £80 in London Bridge and £70 in Tunbridge Wells.
I am a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist with an MA in Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy from the Karuna Institute, and am also registered with the BACP and the Association of Core Process Psychotherapists.
I currently have availability for in-person sessions in Tunbridge Wells, and limited spaces in London Bridge. If you’d like to find out more or arrange an initial conversation, please get in touch.
Online and/or telephone appointments are available.
