I am an experienced UKCP Accredited Psychotherapist offering a safe, grounded space for adults to explore trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. My practice is built on a therapeutic relationship grounded in integrity, courage, deep listening, acceptance, and understanding. I work collaboratively with you, creating a therapeutic relationship where we can process the past together, moving towards a future defined by freedom, peace, acceptance, and joy.

My Approach: Thriving vs. Surviving I believe that every individual has an innate capacity for growth and self-actualisation. Often, what we label as “symptoms” are actually intelligent survival mechanisms developed in response to a world that didn’t fit us. Rather than just focusing on “what happened to you,” my approach explores how you responded – understanding your nervous system’s unique way of protecting you.

My goal is to help you move from reactive survival to a state of thriving – reaching a place of congruence where you are living a life on your own terms, not one defined by past expectations or trauma. Special Interests I work generally with men and women, but I have a particular interest in: Life Transitions: Supporting individuals through the aftermath of divorce/separation and breakups, the empty nest, or the loss of identity in mid-life (dismantling the “irrelevant trap”). Neurodivergence & Trauma: Exploring the intersection of ADHD/Autism and trauma responses. Intergenerational Narratives: Helping you make sense of the stories passed down through your family to find your own authentic voice.
