I am an integrative therapist trained in psychodynamic, existential, person-centred and embodied approaches . I can help with work stress, anxiety, depression, navigating relationships/ life transitions. I work with warmth, curiosity and humour .

Therapy with me

As an integrative therapist I aim to be open, responsive and present to what you bring to each session. I draw from psychodynamic, humanistic and attachment informed approaches. This means I work with the impact of experiences in childhood and adolescence, but also pay close attention to current relationships and the here-and-now experience in the therapy room. I can also help to deepen awareness through embodied approaches if this is something you are open to. This can be particularly helpful when working with trauma and dissociation but can also give new perspectives on a situation that has felt stuck for a long time. What is important for me is to offer a space for you to explore in a way that feels right for you.

I work with many issues including but not limited to:

Relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, trauma, feeling stuck. Challenges related to work such as stress, burn out, managing conflict or not feeling good enough. Issues relating to gender/sexuality and neurodiversity. I particularly enjoy working with people towards discovering a deeper sense of purpose, creativity and a stronger sense of their own potential. My practice is diverse and I am sensitive to social, sexual and cultural difference.

Training and Experience

I trained at the Minster Centre in London, the leading integrative counselling and psychotherapy training institute.

In addition to my private practice I have experience working with adults in community based therapy services in West Norwood (therapist and assessor) and Queen’s Park (therapist).

I am a registered member of the BACP and I abide by their code of ethics.

Starting Therapy

We all face challenges throughout life, sometimes these can feel overwhelming We can loose confidence in ourselves and find it difficult to make decisions or move forward. Or we may want to change direction in life but have trouble knowing exactly what this looks like or need help in seeing it through. There may be experiences in our past that still impact us or relationships that we want to make sense of or improve.

Getting started

To find out more or book an initial session please contact me via phone or email and I will get back to you as soon as possible. We can then arrange an initial session for you to talk about what has brought you to counselling, this is an opportunity for us to meet and see how we might work together. I offer one to one 50 minute sessions on either a long term basis or for a shorter period. In person and online sessions are available.

Online and/or telephone appointments are available.
