Hi, I’m happy you’re here. I’m Eve, a BACP registered integrative counsellor, and I offer a warm, down-to-earth space where you can talk about whatever’s on your mind no judgment, no pressure, no need to have it all figured out.

I work with adults and young people from all walks of life, and I have a special focus on supporting LGBTQIA+ people. A lot of the people I work with are feeling anxious, low, lonely, or stuck in self-doubt. Some are going through relationship struggles with partners, family, friends, or even with themselves. Others are dealing with body image issues, low self-esteem, or just feeling like they’ve lost touch with who they are.

I also have experience supporting people who are having suicidal thoughts, or who’ve lost someone to suicide. These are incredibly tough things to carry, and you don’t have to carry them on your own. My approach is rooted in self-compassion. I believe in creating a space where you can be exactly as you are messy, confused, hurting, hopeful, or somewhere in between. As an integrative counsellor, I’ll shape our sessions around what you need whether that’s space to vent, tools to cope, or just someone to really listen.

If you’re thinking about reaching out but feeling unsure that’s okay. Starting therapy can feel like a big step. But if you’re here reading this, something in you is ready for change, and I’d be honoured to support you on that journey. I work with young people and adults
