Therapy can offer a safe, confidential space to explore what lies beneath the surface. My approach helps you understand how past experiences may influence your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. We’ll work together to identify patterns and make sense of what’s going on, at a pace that feels right for you.
I provide a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I specialise in supporting neurodivergent individuals and have a deep understanding of how difference can shape the way we experience ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. I bring lived experience of neurodivergence, including ADHD, autism, and dyslexia, alongside an understanding of pressures that often come with university, identity challenges, experiences of loss or abandonment.
I offer open-ended therapy, giving you the time and space you need to explore what matters most. Sessions are 50 minutes long and usually take place once a week. I’m available for both in-person and remote appointments to suit your lifestyle. If you’re curious about how therapy might support you, please feel free to get in touch.
Online and/or telephone appointments are available.
