Skip the translation phase. Drop straight into your felt experience. Finding a therapist who truly understands shouldn’t feel like an uphill struggle. If you have ever spent your energy in counselling explaining the basics of your identity, neurodivergence, or culture before you could even get to what brought you there, you know how exhausting that is.

I’m Gabriel (he/they) – a BACP-registered, person-centred counsellor offering in-person therapy in Greenwich and online across the UK. My practice provides an unmasked, warm, and collaborative space where you can safely move past the pressure to perform or fit into traditional boxes. An Inclusive, Person-Centred Approach My role isn’t to act as a detached, textbook authority or provide an off-the-shelf life manual. Grounded in humanistic principles, my work is non-directive and collaborative. Drawing on my own lived experience as an AuDHD, queer, and cross-cultural practitioner (along with a background in creative fields), I work with your brain and nervous system, not against them. A Space to Slow Down Together, we focus on creating a completely safe, shame-free space to explore identity, relational patterns, and the heavy physical energy tax that comes with masking or navigating environments not designed for you.

Therapy with me is a chance to slow down, honour your whole self – mind, body, and spirit – and rebuild trust in your internal compass. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. If you are curious about working together, I offer a relaxed, no-pressure 15-minute introductory call so we can get a feel for each other and see if it feels like a good fit.

Online and/or telephone appointments are available.
